Zenkai — Terms of Use

Acceptance of these terms

Zenkai is a mobile application developed and published by Juunon ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Zenkai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zenkai on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store and Google Play terms and these Terms of Use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Zenkai offers in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price for the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Except where required by law or by the store's policies, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Zenkai, including its name, design, code, and content, is owned by Juunon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer

Zenkai is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Zenkai.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using Zenkai at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
